ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

Users (hereinafter referred to as "user") of PurityDating.com (hereinafter referred to as PD), as owned and operated by the owners of PurityDating.com, hereby agree to the following terms of by their usage of any services allowed through PurityDating.com:

USER AGREEMENT:

User agrees that they are over 18 (eighteen) years of age and considered an adult of legal age for all purposes.

User agrees PurityDating.com may contain sexually explicit and/or adult-oriented entertainment material, depicting consenting individuals involved in simulated or actual sexual acts either by themselves or with one or more person(s) of the same or opposite sex or gender.

User agrees that sexually explicit and/or adult-oriented material is not offensive in any way, form, or manner.

User agrees that they reside in City, County, State, Province, Country or Commonwealth where it is lawful for the user to obtain, view, own or otherwise examine sexually explicit material.

User agrees that they desire to view sexually explicit material for their personal use.

User expressly consents to contact via email for matters pertaining to the website AND/OR service.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

User agrees to provide accurate information when applying for a membership. User also states that PD relies upon the representations made by the user, in whole or in part. User understands that by providing false information constitutes fraud and that submitting misrepresented or fraudulent information may subject user to any and all legal actions as deemed appropriate.

User agrees to upload pictures only of him or herself, and in particular, agrees to not upload copywritten or trademarked material. PD reserves the right to use or alter any pictures or material uploaded. Failure to comply can result in the removal of your account or the alteration of your picture.

Upon registration, you will choose a password and username. User may not select or use an username of another person, a name in violation of a third party’s rights. PD owns all usernames and licenses them to you. PD reserves the right to delete any username at its discretion.

User agrees they are not party to, or a member, officer, official or agent of any State, Federal, Code, Law enforcement agency, Commerce, telecommunications company or service, or acting as an agent or third-party of, or for, those states agencies either in concert, whether of a disclosed or undisclosed nature or acting in any capacity whatsoever. Violation of this clause is entrapment with certain legal rights and substantial compensatory damages attached. If you are such an officer or inspector (or as otherwise defined person or organization), you are request to leave without any attempt to obtain access or membership to PD.

UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS:

User agrees that the terms of service may be updated at any time. PD agrees that the date of last modification of the terms of service will be posted at the top of the terms of service document.

User agrees to periodically check to ensure they agree with all terms of service by checking this document.

User agrees that PD may, at any time, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, PD (or any part or portion) without notice. User also agrees that PD shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of PD.

CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP:
User agrees that all content sent to or through PD is owned by PD, to be used or modified in any way, shape or manner.

User agrees to not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for commercial purposes, any portion of PD, use of PD, or access to PD.

User agrees that any problems arising from any partners or links from PD are the sole responsibility of the partner or owner of the link. User also agrees that PD shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damamge of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such partners on PD.

PRIVACY POLICY:

PD will collect personally-identifiable information about a user such as IP address automatically. Other information will only be collected if it is provided voluntarily.

When such personally-identifiable information is provided to PD, such information is used solely for purposes listed, within PD. Information for personals profiles and ads is given voluntarily and at user discretion.

PD may share information with authorities in matters which PD deems prudent. This is entirely at PD's discretion. Further PD will release information if required to do so by subpoena or court order by an authorized law enforcement agent or appointed officer of the court. PD, within the constraints of the law, may or may not contact the user before or after any information exchange.

INDEMNITY:

User agrees to indemnify and hold PD, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officer, employees, agents, co-branders or other partners, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content user submits, posts to or transmits through PD, their use of PD, their connection to PD, their violation of the term of service, or their violation of any rights of another. User further agrees that in the event of any actions or claim brought against PD due to or arising out of any content user submits, posts to, or transmits through PD, their use of PD, their connection to PD, their violation of the terms of service, or their violation of any rights of another, you will reimburse PD for its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in the defense of such action or claim.

WARRANTY:

USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT THE USE OF PD AND PD SERVICES ARE USERS AT SOLE RISK. PD AND PD SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR PERSONAL USE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, UNLESS SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LEGALLY INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION. PD PROVIDES THE PD SERVICES ON A COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE BASIS AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT USERS WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE SERVICE AT A TIME OR LOCATION OF THEIR CHOOSING, OR THAT IT WILL HAVE ADEQUATE CAPACITY FOR THE SERVICE AS A WHOLE OR FOR PARTICULAR SERVICES. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, PD’s LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. PD DOES NOT ENDORSE, WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED THROUGH PD, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ELSEWHERE.
